What’s The Best Carpet Cleaning Product In A Bottle/can?

I’ve used the stuff that they sell in most grocery stores…you know, the spray on foam, then wait until it dries and then vacuum. I haven’t found that to work very well.
Any other better products than this…perhaps industrial strength stuff? And are there better steam cleaners for rent other than the ones normally rented at grocery stores…however, I don’t want to spend too much money for the rental? Any suggestions or insight would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Have you tried the new Resolve with Oxy. Quick story, my dog at a bag of cheese popcorn and it stained my brand new carpet. I tried everything to get it out and nothing worked. Six months later, I bought the Resolve on a whim just to see if it work, and it got it all out. No my stain and no reside of old orange stain. Of course, this is for spot stain removal and not a whole carpet. I use a steam carpet cleaner for doing the whole carpet.
    Hope this helps.

WooLite Heavy Traffic can spray. You can find it just about anywhere and it works really well.

Woolite carpet and upholstery cleaner works well and if all else fells save money and buy a personal carpet and upholstery cleaner and but the hoover carpet cleaner in green bottle. a little expensive but you get lots of uses and its resists spills if cleaned up within about 5-10 min. I love it

  • Nothing is going to beat a professional cleaner or a rental steam cleaner, but for stains and regular cleaning there are some industrial strength cleaners sold at Lowe’s or Home Depot that don’t hurt your carpet.
