    Although this may not answer your question about the particular appliance, “dry” steam is just steam at a higher pressure than “wet steam”. When steam is at a higher pressure and therefore a higher temperature, there is less “heavy” water molecules in it (sort of) and therefore it doesn’t come out overly wet. This is a laymans explaination but I hope you get the idea.
